DeepTree has closed a €2 million seed round led by CDP Venture Capital, investing through the Digital Transition fund, with the participation of international strategic private investors. The capital will fund product development, hiring, and the company's first international expansion.

Founded in Milan in 2024 by Lorenzo Ferretti and Claudio Arione, DeepTree builds the AI-native intelligence workspace for private markets. The platform unifies financial filings, ownership data and M&A activity behind a natural-language interface, giving investment banks, PE funds, M&A boutiques and wealth managers the tools to screen targets, analyze companies and build buyer lists in a fraction of the time. More than 100 clients already rely on DeepTree across their deal workflows.

With the new round, DeepTree plans to open a London office in the second half of 2026, scale the team from 14 to around 20 people, and double its client base by year-end. The roadmap also includes deeper coverage of European jurisdictions and new modules for portfolio monitoring and buyer discovery.
